Desiree’ York‘s play THE PUPPETEER will receive its world premiere at Detroit Repertory Theatre for a ten week run from January 9-March 15, 2020.  The commission of her one woman show FRACTURED recently had a staged reading at Dayton Playhouse and her other commissioned work, a dance collaborative with The Wayward Artist called NEXT OF KIN will be premiering September 20-29, 2019

Sylvia Blush is  in pre-production for a project that hasn’t been officially announced.  

Allie Costa is playing Margaret, a sweet and intellectual young scientist, in THE BULLY PROBLEM. This critically-acclaimed new musical had a sold-out run at the Hollywood Fringe Festival and will have encore performances August 9th and 11th. http://tickets.thebullyproblem.com.   Heterotopias, an interactive VR experience Allie narrated, was recently shown at SIGGRAPH in Los Angeles, ISEA in Seoul, and FEMMEBIT. Allie recently wrapped the first three episodes of a new audio drama, in which she played a variety of roles. Her play Faking Glory has been nominated for Best Script at the Bartell Theatre Awards.

Uma Incrocci is appearing in the COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED) at Connecticut Free Shakespeare through Aug. 4.

Jonathan Josephson’s DOOM TASTES LIKE CRANBERRIES will be a part of Force of Nature Production’s HARRY POTTER AND THE FORBIDDEN RUSH at the Actors Workout Studio in North Hollywood (August, 23-25).  Also, his TACOMA, TRAINS, AND TOOTHPASTE will be included in the Warner International Playwrights Festival in Torrington, Connecticut, (October 11-12) and THIS HUNGRY CHURCHYARD will receive its second production in the first ever Short+Sweet Festival in Dublin, Ireland (October 22-26). https://www.jonathanjosephson.com

Jonathan Wickremasinghe-Kuhn has moved to Idyllwild, CA and will be the new Director of College Counseling at Idyllwild Arts Academy. He will also be heading up an arts grant-funded program at the school that has several components, one of which is teaching students how to apply for arts grants.
